Individual Users within Business Accounts:

Active users: Personal information retained as long as the business remains our customer
Removed users: Access disabled immediately when account is deleted, but user data remains in the workspace
User data deletion: Individual user data deleted only when the business account closes or upon specific request

Other Data Types:

Usage analytics and logs: Retained for operational purposes and platform improvement
Marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or we determine it no longer has business value
