  • Complete deletion: Available upon request after backup retention period

Individual Users within Business Accounts:

  • Active users: Personal information retained as long as the business remains our customer
  • Removed users: Access disabled immediately when account is deleted, but user data remains in the workspace
  • User data deletion: Individual user data deleted only when the business account closes or upon specific request

Other Data Types:

  • Usage analytics and logs: Retained for operational purposes and platform improvement
  • Marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or we determine it no longer has business value
  • Financial records: Retained per applicable tax and accounting requirements (typically 7 years)
